Ballet Clássico em Superfície Instável: Contribuições da Prancha de Propriocepção para o Ensino da Dança

This article presents a reinterpretation of the proprioception board as a methodological tool for optimizing performance in classical ballet teaching. The study is based on the premise that the use of unstable surfaces stimulates the vestibular system and body awareness, promoting motor self-knowledge and balance. The methodology is characterized as applied research, based on teacher observations and bibliographic references on kinesiology and dance anatomy. As a result, a systematization essay structured in four stages is presented: floor work focused on tripod support; recognition of the unstable surface; barre exercises on the board; and execution of movements in the center. It is concluded that the integration of this equipment into technical training constitutes a significant pedagogical strategy for improving the stability and physical performance of dancers.
