Phase Balance, Residual Coupling and Dynamical Response in a Binary Vacuum Model

This article develops a phase-dependent coupling hypothesis within the WUCC–BVPframework. The central proposal is that two interacting conjugate sectors can exhibit abalanced configuration in which their net observable resultant or phase-driving responsevanishes, while departures from the relevant balance condition produce a nonzero residualresponse. A minimal two-sector complex-field model is introduced to distinguish three quantitiesthat must not be conflated: the strength of the underlying interaction, the net field resultant, and the dynamical response associated with relative phase. These quantities have differentmathematical conditions for vanishing. The model demonstrates that exact cancellation canoccur for equal-amplitude fields in phase opposition, while phase-dependent interaction forcescan vanish at equilibrium without the interaction itself disappearing. The article establishes a mathematical starting point for investigating whether the WUCCBVP concept of binary conjugate vacuum sectors can support a dynamical relationshipbetween balance and residual excitation. It does not assume that these sectors exist in thephysical vacuum or that the proposed mechanism explains established vacuum phenomena.
