Hu-Sofia: An Introduction to the Knowledge System of Yeʋe
Husofia is presented in this work as a universal body of knowledge concerned with existence, spirituality, consciousness, creation, humanity, nature, the cosmos, sound, and the visible and invisible dimensions of reality. Rooted in the indigenous spiritual knowledge of the Eʋe people, Husofia provides an integrated framework for understanding existence through the concept of Yeʋe (the totality of existence) and Hu (the primordial vibrational principle through which existence expresses, resonates, and manifests). The paper introduces the foundational architecture of Husofia and examines its relationship with human existence, elemental principles, sacred sound, ancestral knowledge, and the transmission of wisdom across civilizations. It presents the Hu-Manu (human) as an embodied expression of Hu and identifies five elemental principles - Earth, Water, Fire, Air/Breath, and Sound - as the fundamental modes through which manifested existence operates. The paper further introduces Adagana as the sound architecture of existence, structured through the interaction of Fields and Forces, and examines the Seven Blissful Gates as primary fields through which vibration, consciousness, and manifestation are understood. It also explores the Nāga and Eʋe traditions as important carriers of ancestral knowledge, approaching surviving ancient traditions as fragments of a potentially more integrated knowledge inheritance. Religion is considered as fragments of Husofia, and as well one of the historical means through which humanity has interpreted, organized, and transmitted its encounters with existence. Finally, the paper considers the contemporary and future relevance of Hu-Sofia, particularly its potential relationship with indigenous knowledge systems, ecological understanding, consciousness studies, emerging technologies, Spirit-Tech, Spiritware, and the Harmonic Reset. Rather than presenting Hu-Sofia as a newly constructed philosophy, this work establishes an introductory record of an existing knowledge system and opens the way for its further documentation, investigation, and development.
