The Correlation of Public and Private Principles in Financial Law and Their Impact on Human Well-Being
The article examines the question of the correlation between public and private principles in Russian financial law. The thesis is substantiated that although financial law is a public branch of law, it must be aimed at ensuring both public and private interests, which are in many respects interrelated and inseparable. It is noted that without maintaining a balance of public and private interests, it is impossible to ensure the socio-economic development of the state, as well as human well-being.
