Mirny's Cosmodynamics: Notes. Note No. 5 Metric Elasticity with Memory: Sakharov and the Threshold of Mirny

In Sakharov’s 1967 work, gravity is induced by quantum fluctuations of the vacuum (“metric elasticity”), and the gravitational constant arises as a polarizability; the divergent integral is regularized by a manually introduced cutoff — a recognized Achilles’ heel of the approach. It is shown here: (i) our threshold of Peace is the same cutoff, only physical: the real threshold of the hysteresis medium, measured as the local steepness of the phase curve; (ii) the Sakharov linear regime is the limiting case of our medium with small deformations, we do not cancel it, but explain it; (iii) anapausta is a phase transition vacuum media: a narrow transition between neighboring data bins is its observed signature; (iv) three bridge issues are formulated (order parameter, Lorentz invariance, universality of media) and a falsifier is assigned.
