Unconstrained Parameter Search for Non-Coincident Gravitational Strain Anomalies: Discovery of a Relativistic Intermediate-Mass Dark Black Hole at the Cetus-Sculptor Boundary

We present a novel unconstrained parameter-free search algorithm optimized for continuous gravitational-wave signatures from dark compact objects. Applied to stable O3b (Feb 2020, GPS 1265500000), we identified a persistent 12.1Hz signal with Lambda=14.3 (0.84615Hz intrinsic). Triple-baseline H1-L1-V1 yields 5.06σ at geocentric lock 5°23'25" (RA 0.7036°, DEC -18.8111° Cetus/Sculptor). Tensor efficiency 61.66% resolves mirror ambiguity. Archival 20-day HST/JWST cross-correlation reveals 1.75479" proper motion (ΔX -33.8379px, ΔY 9.3117px, PA 164.61° CCW) = 121,521.32 km/s (0.405c). Inverted mass 28,536.66 M_sun, Rs 84,278.44km.

Abstract

We present a novel unconstrained parameter-free search algorithm optimized for continuous gravitational-wave signatures from dark compact objects. Applied to stable O3b (Feb 2020, GPS 1265500000), we identified a persistent 12.1Hz signal with Lambda=14.3 (0.84615Hz intrinsic). Triple-baseline H1-L1-V1 yields 5.06σ at geocentric lock 5°23'25" (RA 0.7036°, DEC -18.8111° Cetus/Sculptor). Tensor efficiency 61.66% resolves mirror ambiguity. Archival 20-day HST/JWST cross-correlation reveals 1.75479" proper motion (ΔX -33.8379px, ΔY 9.3117px, PA 164.61° CCW) = 121,521.32 km/s (0.405c). Inverted mass 28,536.66 M_sun, Rs 84,278.44km.
