Issues Regarding the Use of Evidence Visualization in Modern Judicial Practice
On the examples from judicial practice, the article examines the problematic aspects of using information of forensic significance that has been transformed into derivative visual models during the evidentiary process in general jurisdiction courts of the Russian Federation. It is emphasized that the systemic challenges associated with incorporating visualization tools and technologies into the evidentiary process necessitate the development of procedural filters and verification criteria. This is important for preventing the parties from manipulating the presentation of their positions and for ensuring that factual substantiation takes precedence over the flashy nature of visual aids that lack supporting arguments.
