R-AIO Data Physics in Edge AI Architecture - Part XIV: L0-ISM and R-AIO Architecture
Abstract This monograph delivers a rigorous academic and software engineering synthesis of the execution simulations, formal logic verifications, and embedded hardware governors developed within the Layer 0 Invariant State Matrix (L0-ISM) and R-AIO Data Physics frameworks. We analyze the autonomic survival loop implemented in R-AIO.py, evaluating its virtual thermodynamic oxygen budget (O2), symbol grounding mechanisms, and real-time Microsoft Z3 SMT solver interdiction. Furthermore, we present the structural transition to a deterministic, zero-heap C99 hardware governor (R-AIO.h) engineered for SIL-3/SIL-4 industrial safety regimes. Finally, we contextualize these software simulations against ancient physical lookup tables (LUTs) and formal SMT bounded model checking, proving completeimmunity to stochastic drift, buffer overflows, and O(N) execution latency.
