Signed zeta potential in the LNP Atlas website export

This note audits one signed-data consistency issue in a pinned LNP Atlas website export. The 1,092-row, 32-column CSV contains a text zeta-potential field and a derived numeric helper. After preserving approximation and range qualifiers, 152 text entries have a negative first numeric token; all 152 corresponding helper values are positive and exactly equal to the token magnitudes. An initial strict parser identified 136 negatives and abstained on 17 nonempty strings. An explicit format amendment accepted a leading approximation marker, adding 16 negatives while retaining qualifier flags. A separately downloaded versioned Zenodo artifact has 1,092 rows and 28 columns, lacks all four website numeric helpers, and matches every common field in row order. The observed discrepancy therefore belongs to the website export, not to that Zenodo artifact or to the underlying laboratory measurements. The release supplies signed-decimal audit code, exact source fingerprints, aggregate results and fetch instructions. It establishes a version-specific representation inconsistency and does not evaluate lipid nanoparticle efficacy, safety or mechanism. This is an author preprint and has not been peer reviewed. Source artifact: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17243733. Source publication: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41597-025-06456-w. The supplement preserves the initial parser limitations and supplies retrieval instructions rather than redistributing the website export.
