Principles of Residual Scale-Invariant Theory: A Collection of the Locked Claim and the Process of Selective Retention
Working collection of the locked claim and the process of selective retention. Daryl Jacobs, Curve Lake First Nation, Ontario, Canada. 24 October 2026. Residual Scale-Invariant Theory is one construction with three locked doors and a rule against adding a fourth. The geometric door freezes the dark-energy equation of state at two numbers taken from the regular pentagon: w₀ = −φ/2 ≈ −0.809, wₐ = −1/φ ≈ −0.618, crossing −1 at z = 1/√5 ≈ 0.447. Those numbers are identified, not fitted. The residual class holds a beginning amplitude, working centre A ≈ 0.040 inside the window [0.03, 0.05]. It is a mark of an unfinished first coverage, not a free parameter. The interface door recovers general relativity and the Standard Model when the residual gate is closed. Zero extra continuous free parameters. No fourth door unless one of the three fails in public. The collection assembles existing deposits into a single non-contradictory sequence under the operator already stated: Retained = Select(Options | Conditions). What the conditions do not reject is retained. Quod condiciones non repudiant, retinetur. Public comparisons recorded to date include the BAO + PantheonPlus fixed-point result (Δχ² ≈ −3.3 on DESI DR2 BAO all + PantheonPlus) and high-z expansion consistency checks. The joint Planck + DESI DR2 BAO + PantheonPlus matched comparison remains the unfinished primary item. This deposit does not replace prior records and does not claim a detection. Files in this deposit Principal written collection, visual plates, seating checks and addendum, plus supporting notes on quantitative recovery, domain examples, shape and stability, related work, and the citation sheet. (Exact file list as uploaded.) Prior deposits not replaced (selected): Zenodo 22071110, 22653283, 22677665, 22881466, 23134058, 23223612, 23209922, 23424311, 23602353, and earlier working notes. Assembly and algebra check: Grok (xAI), editor line only. Locked marks and interpretation remain with the author. Note for the record Posting of the joint MCMC comparison results is scheduled for 26 October 2026.
