Adolescent With Round Opacity
A healthy 16-year-old adolescent boy presented to the pediatric emergency department with a 2-week history of fever, worsening productive cough with brown sputum, and right-sided pleuritic chest pain for 5 days. Physical examination revealed a fatigued-appearing young adolescent boy with right-sided rhonchi. Vital signs were stable (temperature 37.2 °C, oxygen saturation 98% on room air).
