Provenance should not be neutral - Epistemic perspective materialisation in multi-dimensional knowledge graphs
Lightning talk, MKG Barstuhl Workshop @ ISWC 2026Knowledge graphs hold contrasting claims, but current standards record who said something, never whether it counts as fact. This lightning talk argues that provenance should carry epistemic stance (believing, knowing, supposing) and change what a KG entails, letting disagreeing theories coexist without breaking the graph.Materials: the presentation, plus a DEC appendix with an interactive walkthrough of the DEC reasoner on the Hamlet authorship example. Paper: arXiv:2606.15246.
