Analisa Kinerja Jaringan Irigasi dengan Pendekatan IKSI di Daerah Irigasi Rolak Songo (Studi Kasus : Saluran Sekunder Cepiples)

Irrigation networks play an important role in supporting agricultural productivity and ensuring the smooth distribution of water to agricultural land. However, the Cepiples Secondary Canal in the Rolak Songo Irrigation Area still faces several problems, including canal damage, sedimentation, uncontrolled vegetation growth, and suboptimal performance of irrigation supporting structures, which may affect the overall performance of the network. These conditions indicate the need for a comprehensive evaluation of the irrigation network to determine its performance level and maintenance requirements. This study aims to analyze the performance of the irrigation network using the Irrigation System Performance Index (IKSI) approach based on Minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation Number 12/PRT/M/2015 and to identify the required maintenance and improvement measures. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method through field surveys, observations, interviews, documentation, and secondary data collection from relevant institutions. The assessment covered six main aspects: physical infrastructure, cropping productivity, supporting facilities, organization and personnel, documentation, and Water User Farmers Association (P3A) institutions. The results show that the overall irrigation network performance is categorized as good. The average scores were 82.28% for physical infrastructure, 85.22% for cropping productivity, 83.63% for supporting facilities, 89.91% for organization and personnel, 82.63% for documentation, and 75.89% for P3A institutions. The evaluation indicates that the irrigation network remains functional in supporting irrigation water distribution and agricultural land services. Nevertheless, several components still require maintenance and improvement, particularly supporting facilities and P3A institutional aspects, to maintain network performance and ensure effective and sustainable irrigation services.

The research employed a quantitative descriptive method through field surveys, observations, interviews, documentation, and secondary data collection from relevant institutions.
