BOUNDARY OMEGA: Foundational Capabilities, Skills and Release Assurance — Supplementary Research Software Edition
This supplementary research-software publication presents the foundational capability, governance, policy, workflow, verification, and reusable-skill components developed within the Boundary Project, Continuity Science and Recoverability-Constrained Systems. The release extends the cumulative computational research framework through executable offline reference implementations addressing capability dependencies, authorization screening, declared approval requirements, policy composition, bounded workflow planning, resource constraints, evidence provenance, integrity verification, replay screening, and adversarial test cases. The edition includes 42 capability categories reviewed across nine analytical directions: inward, outward, upward, downward, lateral, historical, prospective, adversarial and recursive. These produce 378 structured review obligations, distinguishing implemented and tested functions from capabilities requiring further evidence, integration, authorization or independent verification. The software package also contains the Boundary Foundation Skill, providing reusable procedures for reviewing capability requirements, identifying unresolved dependencies, testing selected assurance properties, and documenting non-circular stopping conditions. This publication is intended to support reproducible research, computational experimentation, interdisciplinary technical assessment, responsible software development, governance analysis and further research on continuity-preserving and recoverability-constrained systems. Relationship to previous publication: This release supplements the previously published BOUNDARY OMEGA Complete Integrated Edition. It does not replace or claim to reproduce that publication's complete 2,005-entry interdisciplinary corpus. The included software constitutes bounded reference implementations and research demonstrations. It is not independently certified production infrastructure, an autonomous institutional decision-making system, an approved clinical or legal tool, or a substitute for professional verification.2
