One of the strategic objectives of the Russian Federation health care is to rise life expectancy up to 81 years till 2036. It poses a number of challenges for the primary healthcare setting. The most important measure aimed at achieving this goal is improvement of the primary healthcare, in particular extending coverage of the population with preventive examinations, as well as the timely registration of patients with chronic non communicable diseases for dispensary monitoring and ensuring they receive high quality dispensary monitoring.
