ANALYSIS OF COMPLICATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE AND ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION
This study analyzed the frequency of arrhythmias, hypertensive crises, and target organ damage in elderly patients with coexisting ischemic heart disease (IHD) and arterial hypertension (AH), along with their correlations with metabolic and hemodynamic indicators. The findings demonstrate that patients with IHD + AH more frequently experience life-threatening arrhythmias and crises, with myocardial remodeling and metabolic overload playing key roles.
