Registry Appendix | Modern DNA Data

This registry serves as an independent, non-determinative appendix to Section 1 of Appendix I within the LSED framework(Late-Stage Evolutionary Dynamics system), aiming to delineate the applicable boundaries of modern DNA data in deep-time human evolutionary research. Based on the criteria of “tripartite anchors” (time, geography, and sample), this registry systematically catalogs the limitations of modern Y-chromosome, mitochondrial, and autosomal data, and explicitly registers four types of uncertainty (temporal, geographic, inferential, and calibration). This registry makes no determination regarding origins and does not constitute determination-tier input; it serves solely as an independent data registry and rule declaration, providing an objective filtering baseline for the empirical admission of subsequent determination chapters.
