Preferensi Konsumen terhadap Teh Celup Berdasarkan Atribut Produk: A Literature Review

Consumer preferences for tea bags are influenced by various product attributes, including sensory and non-sensory attributes. This literature review aims to identify product attributes related to consumer preferences, compare the attributes considered by consumers based on previous studies, and identify the product attributes most frequently found in studies on consumer preferences for tea bags. This review uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of eight scientific journal articles published between 2016 and 2025. Previous studies were compared based on the product attributes examined and consumer preferences identified in each study. The results show that the attributes considered by consumers include taste, aroma, color, price, brand, packaging, quantity, size, and practicality. These attributes are classified into sensory attributes, namely taste, aroma, and color, and non-sensory attributes, namely packaging, price, brand, quantity, size, and practicality. Based on the frequency of occurrence, taste was the most frequently identified attribute, appearing in all eight studies, followed by packaging, price, aroma, color, brand, quantity, size, and practicality. These findings indicate that consumer preferences for tea bags are formed through a combination of sensory and non-sensory attributes, with taste being the attribute most consistently preferred by consumers in previous studies.
