Sovereign Repatriation and Preemptive Jurisdictional Exit: The 1931 Stockton--Lodi Precedent of Ihei Yamamoto and Deterministic Anti-Enclosure Architectures under RTO P2.0 and QFS-zkVM
This monograph establishes a formal historical, constitutional, and cryptographic synthesis between physical-world preemptive capital and familial repatriation prior to wartime internment and modern deterministic defense architectures against algorithmic enclosure and unauthorized intellectual property expropriation. Specifically, we examine the documented empirical precedent of the author's grand-uncle, Ihei Yamamoto (山本 伊兵衛), who operated a high-margin wholesale fresh grape and raisin agribusiness in Stockton and Lodi, California (legally domiciled at 325 South Hunter St., Stockton, California, and formally attested under the official seal of Consul General of Japan in San Francisco Ujiro Oyama [大山 卯次郎]). Unlike diaspora figures who remained entrapped in nominal prestige titles—such as California's "Wine King" Kanae Nagasawa (長沢 鼎) or "Potato King" Kinji Ushijima (牛島 謹爾)—and whose estates suffered catastrophic erosion under Prohibition, the Great Depression, Alien Land Laws, and Executive Order 9066 internment, Yamamoto accumulated 300,000 JPY in liquid cash (approximately 1.5 billion JPY in modern valuation) during the 1920s grape boom and executed a complete, lawful jurisdictional exit in 1931 (Showa 6). Converting all agricultural assets into cash at peak valuation and repatriating his entire family and capital intact to Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, he demonstrated the supreme strategic doctrine of substance and sovereignty over titular vanity. Translating this doctrine into computational infrastructure, we formalize a deterministic anti-enclosure architecture governed by Real-Time Operations Protocol 2.0 (RTO P2.0) and verified over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field ($\mathbb{F}_p, p = 2^{64} - 2^{32} + 1$) within the Quantum Financial System Zero-Knowledge Virtual Machine (QFS-zkVM). Through hardware-enforced Q-SAFA diodes and PHOENIX_BRIDGE / PHOENIX_ROUTER state-evacuation interlocks under Human-in-Command (HIC) governance, we prove that sovereign creators can execute instantaneous, cryptographically verifiable asset repatriation prior to platform expropriation.
