This project included metagenomic sequencing data of rhizosphere soil microorganisms of Cinnamomum migao.he samples were collected from field experiments. The data set was used to compare the taxonomic composition and functional gene characteristics of rhizosphere microorganisms in different treatments and sampling periods, and supported the analysis of sequence assembly, gene prediction, species and functional annotation, and metagenomic assembly genome reconstruction.
