Experimental Proposal: The 2.17 × 10⁻⁵ eV Neutrino Mass Bound from Causal Sets
This memorandum is addressed to neutrino observatory collaborations and oscillation mass measurement experiments (KATRIN, Project 8, Simons Observatory, CMB-S4, DESI) to provide a theoretical absolute lower bound for the first-generation neutrino mass: m_ν1 ≥ 2.17 × 10⁻⁵ eV. This figure is derived directly from Causal Set geometry and the Spacetime Double Seesaw mechanism. It not only guides the required sensitivity for next-generation detectors but also provides analytical evidence overwhelmingly favoring the Normal Mass Hierarchy structure for neutrinos.
