SCFL FROZEN OPERATOR SET v1.0 - INTEGRITY COMMITMENT (SHA-256) Upstream Coherence Measurement Stratum (UCMS)
PURPOSE This record commits to a fixed version of the Standard Coherence FidelityLayer (SCFL) canonical operator set, frozen on 10 July 2026: DRIFT, SHIFT, RUPTURE, KINETIC, QUENCH, and STRESS It publishes a cryptographic fingerprint of the operator code withoutdisclosing the code. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ COMMITMENT Operator code fingerprint (SHA-256): d27e40576565e63a38ebfd752b84b53bab4b59cc97a0837bd8111b5cac3d6ef5 Scope of fingerprint: The operator-relevant code - the SCFL operator class, the Collapse Geometry proxy and attenuation logic, and the associated vector and scoring logic - extracted from the validation notebooks. Freeze date: 10 July 2026. The operator code is unchanged from that date through the date of this deposit. Related validation record: SCFL Operators Test and Validation Notebook Published 28 July 2026 DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21644604 (concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21644603) PDF summary md5: 959fb0b6d9da11dbe43f958fbf293d62 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ TERMS 1. All SCFL computations reported after this deposit, including Structural Integrity Scans and pilot evaluations, will be run on code matching this fingerprint. 2. Any change to the operators will be issued as a new version with a new fingerprint, deposited before any computation that uses it is reported. 3. The operator code remains private. An authorized reviewer (for example, a pilot client under a confidentiality agreement, a patent examiner, or an independent replicator) can verify the code against this fingerprint by computing its SHA-256 hash. 4. This commitment establishes that the operators are fixed and verifiable. It is not a claim that they are validated. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ HOW TO VERIFY Given the operator code file as held by the author: Python: hashlib.sha256(open(path, 'rb').read()).hexdigest() macOS/Linux: shasum -a 256 Windows: certutil -hashfile SHA256 The result must equal the fingerprint above, character for character.
