The article presents an analytical review of current research on the effects of Pilates on psychological resilience, perceived stress and quality of life in midlife women. The relevance of the problem is substantiated both globally and in Ukraine under the conditions of the full -scale war, which has caused prolonged cumulative stress among the civilian population. Key concepts are defined and validated assessment tools are described (PSS -10, CD -RISC, BRS, WHOQOL -BREF, MENQOL, HADS). A conceptual model is proposed linking the core principles of the Pilates method with neuroendocrine, autonomic, cognitive- emotional, social and somatic-functional mechanisms. The synthesis of controlled trials, systematic reviews and meta -analyses indicates that regular Pilates practice is associated with reduced depressive symptoms, anxiety and fatigue, as well as improved sleep quality and quality of life, including in peri- and postmenopausal women. At the same time, direct evidence on resilience remains scarce, which defines directions for future research. Recommendations for adapting Pilates classes to martial law conditions and a 12-week programme for midlife women in face-to-face and online formats are proposed.
