Universal Control Planes and Scoring Tree/Forest/Folding for Structural Intelligence (UCPSF)

This research repository introduces Universal Control Planes and Scoring Tree/Forest/Folding for Structural Intelligence (UCPSF), a proposed architectural framework connecting Generalized Scoring Intelligence, Scoring Trees and Forests, structural folding, Common Concept Core (CCC) distillation, hybrid intelligence, and governed Structural Recursive Self-Improvement (RSI). The framework investigates three proposed Scoring Operator families: Value-Based Folding, Branching-Based Folding, and ANN Scoring Nodes. It explores Unaligned AND Folding across heterogeneous evaluation structures, recursive extraction of reusable Scoring CCCs, Perspective-Aware Meta-Scoring, and adaptive composition of Localization Intelligence and Per-Node Intelligence. UCPSF further proposes a Universal Control Plane for coordinating execution, evaluation, evidence, resource allocation, policy enforcement, and governed structural evolution. Particular emphasis is placed on explicit specifications and contracts, independent validation, counter-evidence, anti-Goodhart mechanisms, and authorized structural promotion. Version 1.0.0 presents eight core research papers, three conceptual case studies, an architecture figure catalog, and a research roadmap. It is a theory-first research release. The proposed mechanisms, generality claims, and performance hypotheses require further formalization and empirical validation.

Abstract

This research repository introduces Universal Control Planes and Scoring Tree/Forest/Folding for Structural Intelligence (UCPSF), a proposed architectural framework connecting Generalized Scoring Intelligence, Scoring Trees and Forests, structural folding, Common Concept Core (CCC) distillation, hybrid intelligence, and governed Structural Recursive Self-Improvement (RSI). The framework investigates three proposed Scoring Operator families: Value-Based Folding, Branching-Based Folding, and ANN Scoring Nodes. It explores Unaligned AND Folding across heterogeneous evaluation structures, recursive extraction of reusable Scoring CCCs, Perspective-Aware Meta-Scoring, and adaptive composition of Localization Intelligence and Per-Node Intelligence. UCPSF further proposes a Universal Control Plane for coordinating execution, evaluation, evidence, resource allocation, policy enforcement, and governed structural evolution. Particular emphasis is placed on explicit specifications and contracts, independent validation, counter-evidence, anti-Goodhart mechanisms, and authorized structural promotion. Version 1.0.0 presents eight core research papers, three conceptual case studies, an architecture figure catalog, and a research roadmap. It is a theory-first research release. The proposed mechanisms, generality claims, and performance hypotheses require further formalization and empirical validation.
