Metrology Suitcase of QUAREP-LiMi - User Charter
Monitoring the performance of a light microscope over time is essential to ensure the repeatability of imaging across experiments. For this purpose, QUAREP-LiMi offers the possibility of borrowing the Metrology Suitcase for a defined period. The suitcase contains tools for effectively checking several critical aspects of a microscope. These tools are described on the QUAREP-LiMi website (https://quarep.org/resources/metrology-suitcase) and are intended for use with the metrology protocols (see https://quarep.org/resources/protocols). The Metrology Suitcase can be borrowed and used by any European laboratory, under specific conditions described as follows. The tools contained in the suitcase were purchased at the initiative of the QUAREP-LiMi, and are funded by Global BioImaging, Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft/ German Research Foundation (DFG), Euro-BioImaging, the French Technolo-gical Network for Multidimensional Functional Microscopy (RTmfm) and the Royal Microscopical Society (RMS). This document constitutes the Metrology Suitcase User Charter, defining its operation, borrowing and return conditions, usage rules, and applicable protocols.
