SMS3C1: A Post-Quantum Tamper-Evident Record That Survives the Fall of Its Own Mathematics

SMS3C1 is a tamper-evident record whose every seal is signed under eight mathematically unrelated families of digital signature at once and, beneath them, carries an information-theoretic authentication tag per custodian site from one-time key material the recording device erases as it uses it. If an adversary breaks every family, or takes the whole device with every key, the seals already written are not his to rewrite. A bait-free reader names, from the record alone, whether the algorithms fell or the keys were taken; every seal is bracketed in time from outside the device. Designed by Sergio Méndez Sánchez; code, tests and traps written by Claude (Anthropic) as engineering agent under his direction. U.S. Patent Application No. 19/843,433, filed October 17, 2026.
