Data-driven double event-triggered synchronization of complex networks against saturation inputs

This paper addresses the synchronization for unknown complex networks subject to actuator saturation and communication constraints. A data-driven double event-triggered control framework without any system identification step is proposed. A data representation is constructed using offline noisy datasets for unknown systems. Based on this representation, a double event-triggered observer-based controller is developed to optimize resource consumption in both the sensor-to-observer and observer-to-controller channels. Under mild conditions, the system’s asymptotic stability is guaranteed within a prescribed invariant set. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated using non-isothermal continuous stirred-tank reactors.
