TUM Paper 72: Riemann Peaks and Valleys in a NESS Field
TUM Paper 72 proposes a superfluid vacuum model in Non-Equilibrium Steady State (NESS) with pre-geometric memory. Three phenomenological parameters are defined and conserved across all scales: zeta = 0.8470 (viscous dissipation) Q = 1.18 (quality factor / memory capacity) e = 0.152 (eccentricity of toroidal NESS attractor) Applications demonstrated: 1. Pressure gradients 1032/962 mb as NESS viscous flow 2. Van der Waals radii sequence Cd 158 to Ba 268 pm: Cs 343 pm peak as Riemann peak with minimum ionization 3.89 eV. Theoretical transition Xe 99.2% + Cs 0.5% + Li 0.3% reduces E_ion 12.13 eV to 3.9 eV effective via V_eff(r) screening. 3. Biological prime filter: Magicicada 13 and 17 year cycles, Poincare recurrence Tp = 13*17 = 221 years, P_coinc = T/lcm(n,p) 4. Dark energy as memory density: rho_DE = rho0 Q f(zeta,e), f = zeta^-1 exp[-e^2/(1-zeta)] ~1.01, w = -(1-e^2) = -0.976 compatible with w~-1 5. Tachyons as optical knots: 10 = 4_DE + 3_AM + 3_vis, Psi_tot=0 phase singularity, v_eff = c * Q/zeta * 1/(1-e^2) ~1.43c without causality violation, E_tach = rho0 Q f V_knot + 3 hbar omega
