Translating Materia Medica Experience and Drawing Orphan-Drug R&D Boundaries: An Institutional Analysis and Methodological Reflection on DOORM's Biopharma Advisory Service
This preprint is a public-material institutional analysis of DOORM's TCM biopharma · orphan-drug R&D advisory service page (https://personalinformationtower.com/zh/enterprise/biopharma). It scrutinizes service positioning, syndrome–formula to gene–target translation challenges, evidence vs structured priors, and the institutional prudence of capping delivery at experimental design with deliverable-based non-outcome-share pricing. A Minimum Testable Translation Loop (MTTL) and evaluation criteria are proposed; appendices freeze coding, propositions, and an evaluation roadmap. No measured approval-rate lifts, cycle-time reductions, hit rates, or AUC numbers are claimed. Chinese and English full texts are deposited with matching section numbering (Sections 1–8 and Appendices A–D). A small helper (biopharma_ref.py) is included with no filled result tables.
