Nuclear mass table in deformed relativistic Hartree-Fock Bogoliubov model with localized exchange terms
Abstract The nuclear landscape is investigated within the localized axially deformed relativistic Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov (DRHFB) theory using the density-dependent point-coupling functional PCF-PK1, where the exchange terms are incorporated through the Fierz transformation. The ground-state properties, including deformations, binding energies, drip lines, charge radii, and $\alpha$-decay energies, are analyzed and compared with experiment and other functionals. In the deformed calculations for nuclei with $8 \le Z \le 120$, 7550 nuclei are predicted to be bound, with the root-mean-square (rms) deviation of binding energies 2.882 MeV, which is reduced to 1.721 MeV when the rotational corrections are included. The predicted drip line positions are in better agreement with experiment than the spherical case, and the charge radii are reproduced with an rms deviation of 0.0298 fm for 1010 experimental data. Including deformation reduces the rms deviation of $Q_{\alpha}$ from 1.6263 MeV to 0.7215 MeV, and it becomes 0.7511 MeV when rotational corrections are further included. The removal of the spurious shell closures at $Z=58$ and 92 is examined through the shell gaps. In the superheavy region, the neutron magic numbers $N=162$, 184, and 308 are predicted, while no obvious proton magic number is pronounced. To further improve the mass accuracy, a neural-network approach based on the gated recurrent unit is adopted to correct the mass residuals along isotopic and isotonic chains, reducing the rms deviation of the binding energies to 0.089 MeV.
