Integrasi Nilai Tauhid Dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam: Analisis Konseptual Atas Tujuan, Hak Peserta Didik, Dan Kurikulum Dalam UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003

This article examines the position of tawhid values within Indonesia’s National Education System and their implications for Islamic educational management. It addresses the conceptual issue that faith and piety are stated in national educational objectives and curriculum principles, while their translation into institutional governance requires further clarification. The study employs a qualitative library-based approach. Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System serves as the primary legal source, supported by Islamic education and values-education literature cited in the source manuscript. The documents are examined through close reading, thematic categorisation, normative interpretation, and conceptual synthesis. Three findings emerge. First, tawhid values intersect with national educational objectives through the orientation toward faith, piety, and noble character. Second, the provision on students’ right to receive religious education in accordance with their respective religions establishes an institutional responsibility to provide appropriate religious instruction. Third, the principle of strengthening faith and piety in curriculum development creates room for integrating tawhid values into instructional planning, institutional culture, and educational evaluation. The article proposes an integration framework covering policy, curriculum, leadership, educator role-modelling, and evaluation. As a conceptual study, it does not measure implementation in schools or madrasahs. Further empirical research is needed to examine the framework across different educational settings
