(Comprehensive Analysis of Structural Challenges, Regulatory Conflicts, and Legal Risks Across Tesla, SpaceX, and Starlink)
(English Summary): While Tesla, SpaceX, and Starlink have pioneered electric mobility, reusable launch vehicles, and Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) broadband, their rapid expansion has generated severe friction with securities law, occupational safety, environmental sustainability, and national sovereignty. Building upon our "Yikes" GPU-debt analysis (Record 23384072) and Grand Master Monograph (Record 23383049), this 211th monograph synthesizes empirical regulatory evidence across Tesla (SEC litigation, Tornetta v. Musk, NHTSA EA22002 Autopilot crash visibility data where 62% of analyzed crashes had >= 5 seconds of obstacle visibility, and dashboard range manipulation), SpaceX (OSHA injury records exceeding 600 cases, NLRB constitutional challenges to the Administrative State, and Artemis III orbital refueling compound probability bottlenecks requiring 15-20 tanker launches), and Starlink (355,000 annual LEO collision-avoidance maneuvers, Kessler Syndrome risks across 31,386 tracked objects, stratospheric Al2O3 ozone depletion, and the European Union's sovereign IRIS2 counter-architecture).
