Challenges and Strategies for Implementing the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility Model in Lower-Elementary School Settings
Schools today face a variety of behavioral challenges, such as tardiness, disrespect toward teachers, fighting, and bullying. To address these behavioral issues, it is essential to cultivate responsible behavior from an early age. The Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) model is particularly effective in fostering such behavior. This article explores the challenges encountered during the implementation of the TPSR model in a lower elementary school setting and identifies the strategies used to overcome them. It offers valuable insights for developing responsible behavior and life skills in children.
