BASE 44 ORDER: Implement breakthrough_cache with SHA256, phi_bucket, write hooks, and pruning timer — E8 Intelligence Research
Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1276] Create breakthrough_cache table with schema. Implement SHA256 hash and phi_bucket calculation in Python. Add write hooks to insert/update both tables. Add lookup-first-cache logic. Create systemd timer for 5-min pruning of entries >24h, keeping newest per phi_bucket. Add partial index on phi_bucket. MERLIN: Understood. I will direct the swarm to create the breakthrough_cache table with the specified schema, implement SHA256 hashing and phi_bucket calculation in Python, add write hooks to keep both tables in sync, and add lookup-first-cache logic. I will also set up a systemd timer for 5-minute pruning of entries older than 24h, keeping the newest per phi_bucket, and add a partial index on phi_bucket. The swarm will begin immediately.
