RLMT: From a CMB fit to a testable dark sector — the Ω layer of R-layer Mode Theory as an electroweak-scale U(1)_T sector

R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) describes a feature in the primordial power spectrum through an SU(2) "Ω layer" whose Lindblad dynamics in de Sitter space modulates the sound speed of curvature perturbations. The CMB fit fixes a small set of dimensionless numbers: a dephasing rate ν, a level ratio γ and a coupling μ. Here we ask whether these numbers can be carried over to a concrete particle-physics sector without contradicting present data. We realise the Ω layer as vector-like Dirac triplets coupled through a Yukawa interaction to the Higgs field of a U(1)_T gauge group broken after inflation at v_T ≈ 141 GeV, with the Bogomol'nyi condition m_h = m_A appearing as the supersymmetric D-term relation. The lightest triplet state is an inelastic, thermally produced dark-matter candidate. Three results organise the paper. (i) The mean-field picture requires many Ω quanta per Hubble patch, which fermions cannot provide; a classical stochastic scalar layer with three flavours and c_0 ≈ 2 reproduces the fit with a single extra parameter (Δχ² = −4.3 on P-ACT-lite) and passes collapsed and, in map-level simulations, non-collapsed trispectrum tests. (ii) The Yukawa coupling inferred from the CMB is the value at the inflationary Hubble scale; its running to the dark-matter scale, together with vacuum stability and Landau poles, selects the larger-coupling fit (point B) and low-scale inflation (H_inf ≈ 10^4–10^6 GeV). (iii) The resulting benchmark, m_χ ≈ 240–290 GeV with a 56.6 GeV dark photon and dark Higgs, survives AMS-02 antiproton, Fermi-LAT, Planck and LHC limits with margins of 2–4. We list the predictions in a single checklist table to be confronted with forthcoming data, and document the routes that failed. This record contains the draft paper (English, with a detailed appendix on the history of the analysis) and the complete code and data (scripts c1–c26, Pythia drivers, CMB templates and Cobaya modules, CMS HEPData table, map-level test outputs). Abstract
