Native integrated sensing and communication on one coherent optical beam using rigid waveform manifolds: system architecture, synchronization, whole-unit decision, keying, beam steering and control interfaces
Technical disclosure (defensive publication). A family of systems and methods for native integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) on one coherent optical beam. Each transmission unit is a rigid manifold of N complex samples from a shared waveform book; the payload is the choice of whole-manifold state, so the same manifold yields range and kinematic state from its echo and carries data to a remote unit. Disclosed with alternatives and numeric ranges: synchronization nails (common lock nail and identity nail, capture ladder, candidate order), whole-manifold windowed coherent vote, two-layer transmitter/receiver feedback, scan / latch-and-stop / track / lock / hold beam steering and tracking of the most critical neighbours, per-unit books with link-derived factors and session secrets and a pre-transmit self-check, intermediate-frequency pre-rotation of the book, a radar body built on a pluggable coherent transceiver module (CFP2-ACO class) with an amplified circulator front end and dual-polarization reception, and the kinematic tensor (position, velocity, acceleration, jerk) used directly as a control quantity with potential-field navigation and swarm-as-field coordination.
