Mitigating turnover intention through job embeddedness: the mediating role of inclusive leadership in the Zimbabwean restaurant sector
The study aimed to examine the effect of job embeddedness on turnover intention, with inclusive leadership acting as a mediating factor. A survey research design was used, supported by a stratified sampling technique. The data were collected using a self-administered structured questionnaire. The study sampled 227 employees working in the restaurants. The research employed a positivist research paradigm. The regression analysis model was used with the aid of Macro Process. The findings revealed an inverse and significant relationship between job embeddedness, inclusive leadership and turnover intention. Furthermore, inclusive leadership partially mediates the relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention.
