IDH-mutant gliomas. State of the art
The article is focused on current state of diagnosis of IDH-mutant gliomas in Russia: potential of predictive neuroimaging, intraoperative mass spectrometry, traditional immunohistochemistry and molecular analysis of paraffin-embedded glioma tissue and targeted therapy with FDA-approved IDH inhibitors.
