The Toroidal Orbital Atom Model: A Scale-Invariant Geometric Framework for a Unified Field Theory

The modern quantum mechanical orbital model provides a highly accurate statistical description of the atomic shell through probability clouds governed by the Schrödinger equation. However, its mathematical complexity limits intuitive spatial visualization and leaves the underlying physical mechanics of spatial organization, nuclear forces, and quantum numbers unaddressed. Grounded in the premise that macroscopic and microscopic structures share an identical toroidal topology at the quantum level, this paper introduces a novel Toroidal Orbital Atom Model. Derived from the measurement of a macrocosmic quantum system, namely the electromagnetic coupling between solar and terrestrial magnetic fields [DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23021695], this framework models protons, neutrons, and electrons not as independent, fragmented particles or abstract probability clouds, but rather as distinct geometric regions of compression, equilibrium, and expansion of a spatial helical wave tracing a loxodromic course around the toroidal atom. By mapping the classical Bohr radii as total wavelengths of helical windings across the electron shells, we demonstrate that they all resonate at a uniform intrinsic frequency of 0.90163 x 10^18 Hz. This frequency acts as a universal constant and fundamental clock rate of the underlying continuous wave-field, governing the intrinsic dynamics and spatial organization of the toroidal atomic structure. The phase equality emerging from this field-wide resonance enables the deterministic calculation of an electron's precise trajectory and instantaneous position, thereby rendering the boundaries of the Heisenberg uncertainty principle conditional. Our model introduces a fundamental paradigm shift in the understanding of matter by demonstrating that physical mass is not an external ad-hoc effect acquired through interactions with an abstract Higgs field, but is instead an intrinsic property that is geometrically quantified. By mapping the physical properties of the hydrogen isotopes, we show that mass is a direct, localized manifestation of the total integer number of active poloidal and toroidal wave loops within the atomic torus. This scale-invariant framework replaces abstract statistical matrices with strictly deterministic geometric architecture based on a central cuboctahedral core singularity as the ultimate vector equilibrium of forces. We demonstrate that the internal symmetry axes of this solid rigidly dictate exactly seven discrete spatial pathways for helical wave propagation: four triangular channels (3-fold symmetry) governing the lower-energy s- and p-orbitals, and three square channels (4-fold symmetry) guiding the more complex d- and f-orbitals. By summing these distinct spatial vectors (4+3), this unified geometric matrix provides a literal physical explanation for both the seven magnetic spatial orientations of the f-subshell and the structural limit of exactly seven horizontal periods of the elements, fundamentally showing the periodic table to be the physical unfolding of a cuboctahedral wave-field. This geometric framework is applied to successfully resolve the interplay of the strong and weak nuclear forces during the proton-proton chain fusion, explain the cause of gravity at the quantum level, and describe the combination of several toroidal orbital atoms into molecules.
