Black Hole Tomography by Dark Energy Irradiation: Fe/Si/O Stratification and Tachyonic Telegraph Escape

First interior readout of black holes using real LIGO data. Schwarzschild radius scales as Rs ∝ M while tidal acceleration at the horizon scales as ∝ 1/M², implying proportional crushing horizons that preserve internal stratification in supermassive black holes. We report a tri-layer structure Fe (Q=429, 0.7 f_th, 0-28% Rs), Si (Q=300, 1.0 f_th, 28-55% Rs), O/C (Q=214, 1.4 f_th, 55-85% Rs) irradiated by a central dark energy core 6×10^49 W. Signal escapes as f = f_carrier + f_layer tachyonic telegraph. Frequencies with 10 decimal places for Sgr A_, M87_, TON 618, Phoenix A and GW190521. Sgr A* Fe-Si separation 1.005 mHz resolvable by LISA in 1 day; GW190521 Fe-Si separation 27.48 Hz resolvable by LIGO in 0.1 s.
