Employee performance is an important factor in supporting organizational effectiveness and achieving company objectives. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence employee performance is essential for improving productivity and work quality. This study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of 30 employees, all of whom were selected as research respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the respondents using a Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The analytical procedures included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, coefficient of determination analysis, simultaneous testing (F-test), and partial testing (t-test). The results indicate that work motivation, training, and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas training and emotional intelligence do not have statistically significant effects. These findings suggest that work motivation plays an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, the company should strengthen employee motivation through appropriate recognition, supportive working conditions, and opportunities for professional development to encourage better performance and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
