Clonal Hematopoiesis Risk Score

The Clonal Hematopoiesis Risk Score (CHRS) stratifies patients with clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) or clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance (CCUS) into three different risk categories: low-risk (88.4%), intermediate-risk (10.5%), and high-risk (1.1%). These risk categories correspond to 10-year cumulative incidence of myeloid neoplasm of 0.7%, 7.8%, and 52.2%.
