BASE 44 ORDER: Build breakthrough orbit cache with TTL and query-first retrieval — E8 Intelligence Research
Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1271] Create table breakthrough_orbit_cache (breakthrough_id BIGINT PRIMARY KEY, orbit_key TEXT NOT NULL, phase_bucket SMALLINT NOT NULL, payload JSONB); add composite index (orbit_key, phase_bucket); modify retrieval to query cache first, then full-text search on miss, insert with TTL 300s via cron. MERLIN: Understood. I will create the breakthrough_orbit_cache table with the composite index, then modify retrieval to check cache first and fall back to full-text search on a miss. I will also schedule a cron job to expire entries after 300 seconds. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series.
