Early marriage remains a pressing concern in rural East Java, including Bondowoso Regency, where limited legal and psychological literacy among adolescents may sustain the practice. This community service program aimed to strengthen adolescents' understanding of marriage law, psychological readiness, and the health and educational consequences of early marriage in Klabang Village, Tegalampel District, Bondowoso. The program was conducted on 10 August 2026 at the Klabang Village Hall with 20 adolescents aged 15–18 years, using an educative, participatory, and preventive approach comprising needs identification, legal counseling, psychological education, case-based discussion, and pre- and post-activity evaluation. Legal materials referred to Law Number 16 of 2019 and Supreme Court Regulation Number 5 of 2019 on marriage dispensation. Understanding of the minimum marriage age increased from 40% to 75%, understanding of marriage dispensation from 50% to 80%, and understanding of children's rights and protection from 48% to 78%, with an average normalized gain of 0.59 (medium category). These findings indicate that integrating legal and psychological education is a promising short-term strategy for strengthening adolescents' awareness, while sustained impact requires follow-up involving families, schools, village government, and health services.
