ORGANIZATIONAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR IMPROVING MEDICINE STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION PROCESSES IN COMMUNITY PHARMACIES

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the organization of medicine storage, receipt, inventory management, and dispensing processes in community pharmacies. Particular attention is paid to establishing appropriate organizational conditions for maintaining the quality, safety, and effectiveness of pharmaceutical products, managing storage facilities, monitoring temperature and humidity, controlling expiration dates, and maintaining pharmaceutical documentation. The importance of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP), Good Storage Practice (GSP), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) principles in modern pharmacy management is also discussed. The study is based on a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, international pharmaceutical guidelines, and organizational management approaches. The findings of the literature analysis highlight the interrelationship between risk-based quality management, digital inventory systems, professional responsibility, and standardized operating procedures. An integrated organizational and pharmaceutical management model is proposed to improve the efficiency and reliability of medicine handling processes in community pharmacies. The proposed approach emphasizes the importance of systematic monitoring, appropriate storage conditions, effective inventory control, and continuous professional development in ensuring pharmaceuti
