A Chinese female in her 80s presented with a painless rapidly growing lower lip lesion over 8 days. On examination, there was an ulcerated plaque on the patient’s right lower lip. There was no lymphadenopathy. Histological examination of a punch biopsy of the plaque revealed infiltration of the mucosa and submucosa by sheets of large lymphoid cells with centroblastic and immunoblastic features.
