ReForest: Deliverable D6.3 Consultancy business model

ReForest Deliverable D6.3 examines agroforestry advisory services in Belgium, Denmark, Poland and the United Kingdom, drawing on expert interviews and surveys. It identifies gaps in advisory provision and presents a flexible consultancy business model using the Business Model Canvas framework. The model combines farm-specific expertise, digital tools and diversified funding to support farmers throughout agroforestry planning, implementation and management. The report also provides recommendations for strengthening adviser capacity, peer learning and policy support.
