Complete genome sequence of Lactobacillus iners DSM 13336 determined by Oxford Nanopore Technologies long-read sequencing

ABSTRACT Lactobacillus iners is a key member of the human vaginal microbiota. We present the complete genome sequence of strain DSM 13336, obtained with Oxford Nanopore Technologies. The obtained single circular chromosome (1,337,293 bp) offers a high-quality genomic resource for L. iners , underscoring the distinctive features of the DSM 13336 strain.
