SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CONVERGENT STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN ENTERPRISES
This article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of enhancing the effectiveness of convergent strategic management in enterprises amid structural transformations in the global economy, digitalization, the reconfiguration of supply chains, and the growing importance of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria in the second quarter of the twenty-first century. The study substantiates a methodological synthesis of classical schools of strategic management, including the planning, positioning, and resource-based approaches, with systems thinking, integrative management approaches, and dynamic capabilities theory. Drawing on Resolution No. PQ-290 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the experience of textile industry clusters, the article presents an original definition of convergent strategic management and elaborates its five fundamental principles, structural model, and value-creation mechanisms.
