Draft genome sequence of Fusobacterium necrophorum subsp. necrophorum FNN105 isolated from the oral cavity of an alpaca ( Vicugna pacos )
ABSTRACT Fusobacterium necrophorum is frequently associated with oral cavity infections in livestock and other animal species. Here, we present the draft genome sequence of F. necrophorum subsp. necrophorum FNN105, isolated from the oral cavity of an alpaca ( Vicugna pacos ). The draft genome is 2.49 Mbp and contains 2,237 predicted protein-coding sequences.
